These terms apply to your use of jplogistics.com and to shipments booked with JP Logistics ("we", "us"). By using this site or booking a shipment with us, you agree to these terms.
JP Logistics provides international courier and cargo services from Mumbai, India to destinations outside India. We do not offer domestic courier services within India. Services include, among others, document courier, air freight, air cargo and related logistics services as described on our services page.
Quotes provided through this website, by phone or by email are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed once we have the exact weight, dimensions and destination of your shipment. A booking is only confirmed once we have accepted it and, where applicable, received any required payment.
Some goods cannot be shipped internationally, or require extra documentation, depending on the destination country's customs rules. It's your responsibility to tell us accurately what you're shipping so we can advise on any restrictions. We may refuse a shipment that we believe breaches customs law or airline safety rules.
You're responsible for providing accurate information for customs declarations. Delays, additional charges, or refusal of entry caused by incorrect or incomplete information, or by the destination country's own customs process, are outside our control.
We take reasonable care in handling every shipment. Our liability for loss or damage to a shipment is limited as set out in the shipping documents (waybill or consignment note) provided at the time of booking. We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, airlines, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
